| About VNC...
Your about to download a program that will allow me, and only me to
run your computer.
Please follow the instructions closely. If you are uncomfortable, please
call me and I will come out instead.
- Click here to
download the program
- When you see this window, please click the run button.
(1 minute for DSL, 15 min for dial-up)
- Install the program and uncheck the box named VNC viewer.
- After the install the program will say you don't have a password
yet. Please refer to the email that was sent for your password and
enter it in the password windows on the window that popped up.
- Click on the Start menu.
- Click on the control panel.
- Click on the firewall icon .
- Turn off the firewall.
 I will turn
it back on later
- Close all your windows.
- When you are ready, call me at 244-2751
- Then look in the lower right hand corner of your computer screen
and you will see
- Hover over this symbol with your curser and you should see a
number. (ie 172.168.0.10) then tell me what that number is on the
phone.
