About the Office Welcome to the Mapping and Appraisal Office. Our operations consist of identifying and mapping property from deeds recorded in the
Probate office, creating a record with a unique parcel number and finally valuing the property as the basis for tax collections by the appraisal staff. Every year, all business owners are required to submit returns listing their equipment, furniture, fixtures and tools used within the business.
